Anchor Volleyball was created out of a desire to serve families and communities with a faith-focused, high-quality club volleyball experience. Anchor will create an atmosphere in which well-rounded athletes are prepared to be successful in their sport, yes, but with an overarching emphasis on preparation for their next step, whether that is college, their adult life, building a family, or developing their faith independently. There is an opportunity to establish a reputation for excellence rooted in faith and values, which builds trust with families and athletes. The consistency guaranteed through this vision stems from the integration of faith-based leaders who will embody many of the Christian leadership principles (servant leadership, authentic leadership, and transformational leadership) that have stood the test of time. Providing guided Christian leadership will create an opportunity for athletes to be led by individuals who model their faith daily, rather than those who merely discuss it theoretically
